Musk says a Tesla–SpaceX merger has “a lot of merit,” but warns it is not a certainty
On SpaceX's earnings call, Elon Musk confirmed that Tesla and SpaceX are exploring a merger and that each has formed a special committee to study it. He called it a good idea but said treating it as certain “would be overstating it.”
