The Rolling Stones released “Who You Callin' Crazy” on Tuesday, October 20, a song that did not make July's album Foreign Tongues. Written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and produced by Andrew Watt, it features saxophonist Courtney Pine and arrived with a lyric video. It is out now on streaming services.
It is part of Foreign Tongues, Loose Lips, the album's expanded edition, due November 27 with five extra recordings from the same sessions:
- “Where There's A Will”, with Steve Winwood on organ
- “Who You Callin' Crazy”
- “Human Tide”
- “Bad Luck Hideaway”, with Jagger and Richards sharing vocals
- “She Still Comes Around”
“Bad Luck Hideaway” is not entirely new: it appeared earlier as a bonus track on the iTunes-exclusive edition and as the B-side of the single “Mr. Charm.” The new edition comes on red vinyl (with the original album on CD), as a 2-CD set with the 14-track album on one disc and the five new recordings on the other, and digitally.
How we got here
Foreign Tongues came out on July 10, 2026, and reached No. 1 in 14 countries, according to uDiscover Music, Universal Music's site. It was the band's second album of new material in under three years, after the Grammy-winning Hackney Diamonds (2023). Rolling Stone Brasil found the record at times “a little too polished” but praised Jagger's voice.
What about shows? There are no dates yet. According to Rolling Stone Brasil, Jagger told NME the band hopes to book live dates for next year.
